My neighbour, Muz, busy at work making sure people have easy and safe access to his Lilliput Library. His plan, at this stage, is to attach the Library to his brick fence just along from his letterbox.
Another neighbour, Sheryl, is going to paint Muz’s Lilliput Library so it really is a Neighbourhood Project.
